i think last twilight is absolutely wonderful BUT it is yet again a victim to placing a creation in mistrustful hands. p'aof is good at portraying queer stories because he has lived those experiences, he is good at portraying grief because he draws from his own. therefore, last twilight is a beautiful portrayal of queer love but a disappointing portrayal of disability. the hierarchy of priorities places the focus on love and healing over the focus on disability and healing. and i can only wish they had more involvement from blind people or blind actors 😔

one thing about eun gyul is that he truly deeply loves his family and i love how he never once falters in his character. i love how the main real relationship in this drama is between him and his dad yichan. at the end of the day he got to meet his shining dad’s youth and have that unbreakable friendship after feeling lonely for such a long time

The weather can't decide if it wants to piss nonstop or to let me have one last week of summer joy and I got tired of lugging the outdoor furniture cushions in/out, so this is my solution until I can get some good quality clear tarp sheets for the balcony and hopefully rainproof it, so that we can sit outdoors with a space heater on cozy rainy days (🤞 we'll see how the tarp does in high winds lmao).
